Allergy Season Tips

I have suffered from allergies for several years.  Hating to always be dependant on drugs to help me get through this season I finally discovered a few natural ways to help myself.

Using a facial steamer at bedtime, 5 minutes, will help keep your lungs clear.  You can find these at any drugstore and they cost under $30.  I also use the steamer if I have been outdoors for any period of time just to clear my nose, eyes and also help my lungs.  Side benefit is that it is great for your skin.

Remember to wash your hair or shower before bed so you are not sleeping in pollen dust coming from the hair or skin.

Use a saline spray to help those sinuses.

A couple easy at home steps will make a huge difference on how your body handles this allergy season.

Better to enjoy being outdoors then suffering.
