"Can I work in with you?" – Translation: "Can I remove all your weights and sweat all over your bench?"
"It's all you!" – Said by spotter during the last few reps of a set. Translation: "It's mostly me."
Meal Replacement Supplement – Cold pizza and warm beer.
FACT: A recent study determined that ingestion of only 30 grams of protein per sitting was much more effective and efficient at building lean muscle mass than consuming a 90 gram portion. It appears that our bodies can only use the first 30 grams of protein to build muscle as the remaining protein is converted to glucose and fat.
